Ayurveda college was established under Gurukul Kangri in 1922. The first Director of Ayurveda college was Dr. Radhakrishnan who held his position from 1922 to 1939. In 1952, Ayurveda college was affiliated to central medical council of India and B.I.M.S degree was awarded.
